Recently purchased an in-line water filter. The product is excellent and a small issue was resolved quickly and without difficulty. Whilst it's nice if everything is always perfect first time around, it's the ability of a supplier to correct a problem swiftly that is key for the customer, and gives them the confidence to want to return next time around. Products all good, but overpriced, a third of the cost for whole house water filter from finerfilters for the same product, do not get ripped off!!!!!

Bought a replacement drinking water tap and 1/4 inch pipe connector. Both arrived quicker than expected and fitted perfectly. Highly recommended for speed of service and accuracy of online description. Would use them again.

Wrong item sent. They said they would send the correct item, this never turned up and I never received a refund. Had to spend more money to buy elsewhere. Useless!
