Phoned yesterday to order a skip as was recommended by family member, the lady I spoke to was very helpful and polite, she asked when I needed the skip for and I said whenever you have one available, she said tomorrow which was perfect. Delivered the day that was arranged and the delivery man was very nice and thoughtful ( he even asked me which side we park our car on the drive so the skip could go the other side) would definitely recommend this company, very professional and very efficient

No respect for the local area, my interaction with this business was limited to them driving over a pedestrian pavement onto my local green space, proceeding to spin around multiple times, ruining the ground of the area in the process. One of the vehicles was stuck in the grass, needing the other vehicle to take the same endangering actions to tow it free, from a pedestrian area which they were not meant to drive on. I have tried contacting the business to raise concerns with no success.
Hired a skip for 14 days. It was picked up without warning after only 7 days. Tried calling numerous times. Office staff just gave excuses and manager unavailable and never bothered to return any calls. Not interested once they have taken your money!
Was recommended this skip service by a family member. Ordered the Skip for to be delivered on Friday 2nd Oct, but all day waited didn't arrive, wasted the gardner's time on Friday as we are waiting for the skip, tried ringing the Office but no one answered, they didn't ring me to apologies or to tell me it was Saturday they were delivering it. The Skip arrived on Saturday (they stated they do not do Weekend deliveries), luckily were in. Rang the Office on Monday to arrange collection, but the lady on phone was in some kind of rush especially when I ask her about the weekend delivery, she stated that they were busy and then she put the phone down. I wouldn't commend this service.
Not surpose to do that work not the best job tobe doing
