Jordan has been very helpful and is product knowledgeable in every aspect. Once we determined which tires were suitable as well as in my budget. He gathered my information for my service agreement to purchase new tires. Jordan’s positive attitude will definitely bring me in for future services held with him here at Apple Chevy. Apple Chevy is a safe and friendly environment with staff that actually knows about the vehicles they're selling and are not pushy at all. I love this place. I have been a member for about 6 years now. Great customer service in every department. Very friendly employees and they make sure you are as comfortable as possible with the warm and welcoming waiting area. They treat their customers like kings and queens along with excellent and spectacular service for your vehicle. All is welcome and I never had not one problem with my vehicle for the past 6 years. You will love this place
I had my 2011 Chevy Traverse in for extensive repairs. My service agent, Jordan took exceptional care of me. He detailed exactly what needed to be done, the cost, and how quickly the repairs could be completed. He kept me completely informed and made the experience at Apple Chevy a good one!
Breakdowns happen no matter what car brand you have, what happens next is the difference. We provide Emergency Roadside Assistance for GM and sometimes we tow these vehicles to Apple Chevy. Our experience with the Service Dept is they are professional and treat our drivers and our mutual customers with respect. Our company has also purchased a vehicle or two from Apple Chevy without any issues. I’d highly recommend this dealership!
