I honestly can't say enough good things. From an online enquiry to purchase to delivery! I live in Northern Ireland so everything was done over the phone, Mark sent videos, photos and answered all my questions. Delivered it to Stranraer port for me and was great service from start to finish!

Traded in my bike for a used one at Tinklers. Got a good deal and the experience on a whole was enjoyable and stress-free. Mark was friendly and helpful, making the process of exchanging bikes as painless as possible. My new bike was prepared to a professionally high standard and I am very happy with my purchase. It was my first visit to Tinklers (mainly because I live over 50 miles away) but I wouldn't hesitate to return in the future - I liked the relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff, proper bike enthusiasts from the impression I got. Great customer service Grant dealt with my purchase and was very helpful even delivering the bike to me after hours after making sure everything was to my satisfaction even pushed the bike into my garage for me top service will definitely use them again maybe a Yamaha next time ;)
