Since moving in Sept 2019, I have been nothing but satisfied with the service of Balfour Beatty Community. The home we have lived in, have no issues with mold. Any services needed and requested BBC has been prompt and been satisfied with the service.

Beautiful Halloween was awesome some lady gave my kids balloons and candy
They were attentive until they weren't. They had regional corporate out to 'fix' issues and nothing was ever done past that. Our home had mice. It had mold. They covered up mold instead of ripping it out. They try 100x to repair broken doors and windows instead of replacing them. We repeatedly heard \they don't make it in that size anymore\ which is why our doors were never replaced and as for fixed...I would barely call them fixed. They still let in pests and drafts. It turned out to be the worst year of our lives, genuinely. And don't get me started on move out costs. If I had ever known it would have been so bad I never would have lived on base.
Staff was phenomenal however that's as far as it went. Please know I am referring simply to the CIVILIAN neighborhood only. I arrived at the community center as was impressed with the appearance of housing. However as we made our way over to the civilian neighborhood I knew before getting out of the vehicle I was no longer interested. 1230 (utilities and lawn care included) for a 2 or 3 bedroom however the grass/weeds were approx. a foot high. She credited that to the rain when I mentioned it and stated they're out mowing every day but they maintain the entire base so :( Aside from that the outside appearance was AWFUL. I dreaded going inside but felt bad for the lady assisting me. Upon entering it was confirmed. Cheap everything. Cheap laminate/carpet throughout the duplex. The back yard was about 200 sq ft and about 150 of that was an unsightly awkward patio of sorts. The walls/baseboards looked like it had about a dozen coats of paint on it. The windows were old and didn't appear as though they were air tight. Honestly I would not of rented that place for 600 a month. I was totally disappointed.
