Dealing with this dealership has restored my faith in good customer service. Gabriella and the team couldn't be more helpful and genuine in their desire to provide an excellent buying experience. Communication was and has continued to be brilliant, and its reassuring to know they are only at the end of a phone should we have any questions. We have never owned a Subaru before and almost cancelled the test drive. We are so pleased we didn't! Stuart in the service department is top draw he did a warranty repair in our Fiat he organised parts over Christmas rang to confirm parts had arrived and to confirm the date and time of the repair. Repair was carried out quickly and efficiently. Thank you so much. So refreshing to have brilliant customer service.
