Car key blank ordered 9 days ago on the understanding that I'd get a call once it arrived.. No call, but friend was passing the shop & enquired, turns out key blank had arrived 2 days after it was ordered. Popped in today to have key cut & immobiliser bits done to be told that the representative was too busy to sort the key out... & I should come back again at a more convenient time.... Review left & Timpsons management contacted me soon after to apologise which was nice... However I would sooner give any future business to a local company ....
Took an expensive watch in to holyhead branch on 25/6/2019 for a battery they broke the wstch and i have not seen it since keep saying its on the van??? Nightmare dealing with the guy who broke itjust popped in todayandanother assistant there said nothing has been sent ordelivered knew nothing about it
Great customer service, Liam was very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure I got the right trophie and lettering for the engraving x
Great for getting keys cut or repairs to shoes. They even do engravings and small gifts. Dry cleaning available too!
Quick, keys worked but on the expensive side.
