Schadenfreude? Took my car key fob to change the batteries. Told it was a sealed unit and it had to go to the manufacturer, which may cost 300. Looked it up on YouTube, opened the unit, went back for batteries, and got charged 15. Now I'm left wondering if I was overcharged because the man knew he was wrong, and still wants a little schadenfreude. The key works just fine though.

I would like to say ”THANK YOU”, I don't know the name of the young man at the Eastbourne shop at Tesco Eastbourne, but he was so kind attentive and made me feel like I was a customer that was special. I work for the NHS and after a truly pants night shift, I was after a little pick me up by getting my favourite shoes retipped on the heal. This young man made me laugh and smile, forgetting just how bad I was feeling before I went there, he went above and beyond the service of a cobbler or shoe repairer. THANK YOU for being my HERO\u200d️
