Arranged to take my car in for investigation into wheel noise. Arrived prompt at 8am to be told I had the wrong day which I had not, and left the keys, and was promised a test drive to listen for noise and garage visit onto ramps to check wheel bearing, drive shafts etc. Received phone call at 4pm to be told test drive done and no noise heard the car is OK. It seems my family are all hearing things that are not there !!!!!!. I decided to take it to a leading outlet who deal with wheels and hay presto they heard it and felt the vibration too after a 20 minute test drive. It was front passenger side wheel bearing. 138 fitted. All sorted now. So I decided to check my dashcam and see what happened at this place, and guess what. Silly mechanic/owner forgot I had a dashcam. It shows me driving into there a 8am and at 08.10 (10 mins later) them driving it back out and leaving it half on the road / pavement from where I pick it up from at 4.30pm. So if my car had been hit by another car who would be to blame. They lie, they don't look after your cars, and definitely not professional. Thankfully they didn't charge me for this service. Remember the camera never lies !!!!!!
