First class service. Helpful and welcoming staff. Cannot fault this opticians. I was very worried about an issue with my eyes. The optician was very thorough, helpful and explained everything clearly. Also, the guy who helped me pick some frames was helpful when choosing. I picked up my frames today and I am really happy with them. Highly recommended.

I haven’t been for an eye test since being a teenager so was very nervous for my first appointment. All of the staff were amazing and made me feel very comfortable!! Would highly recommend this opticians, great experience and great people.
Always get excellent service here. The eye test is always thorough and advice given is really good. A great range of frames and after care given is much appreciated. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere anywhere else.
I have been going to this opticians for a number of years and the team are brilliant and very helpful. You can tell they really care about your eyesight and are always very supportive and provided me with personal service to get the right care for me. The difference in my eyesight since getting glasses at Timperley EyeCare is massive and made a big difference to me in day-to-day life
I've attended various Opticians for years, since the age of 3. I'm now 62 years of age. I've attended all the \ cheaper\ opticians as some reviews I've read here call them. They're cheap for a reason be it aftercare, customer service or quality of the lenses. I've been attending Richard Dent for 6 years now and would recommend without hesitation. Thorough, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I also suffer from Glaucoma and he recently spotted a problem AFTER I had attended my review at the Eye Hospital. He wrote to my consultant as a matter of urgency requesting a further examination. So glad he did. Extra drops required as well as urgent laser surgery, performed whilst in lockdown as regarded as necessary. Richard also called me into his premises after treatment , in lockdown, to keep a check on the pressure. All sorted now and I cannot recommend Richard too highly. Anthony Dawson
