Highest standards in place for COVID protection. Some things never change, very true of the dedication shown to customer satisfaction by Tim and every member of his staff. We brought a car from Tim Norton on 19.01.2021. Simon dealt with us. Very impressed with the customer service recieved. Simon took his time explaining all the details about the car and discussing finance options with us (first time I have ever taken a car out on finance.) We felt very reassured buying a car from here, the aftercare we recieved was also very good. Definitely recommend buying a car from here.

Unpleasant experience trying to get an MOT booked. They appeared less than enthusiastic and were making things complicated. Having to shout through a window certainly didn't help. I cancelled the appointment... found better customer service elsewhere.
