Great service. Ordered my tiles from Birkenhead store. I couldn’t find these tiles anywhere for that price. Got delivered and the delivery driver helped off load. Had a few boxes left and they were happy to refund. Great service all round

We recently visited tile well to get some tiles for our kitchen, I am sight impaired and we were assisted by Tom, great service really knows his stuff and was able to help us match tiles to our worktops. Great range of tiles. Stop the licence as we don't drive or have a car Tom offered to drop our tiles off free of charge on his way home. Exceptional personal service that B&Q and some of the bigger stores are unable to compete with. Especially in these times we should try and support our local businesses. Great tiles at a great price. I needed another box urgently as tiler had misquoted, got box the same day and they even found the same batch number for me. Service was excellent. Can recommend and will use again.
