Really helpful, great choice of tiles
Untrustworthy company - steer clear. Purchased tiles at TileWise Truro for a large floor area and two bathrooms. So, I spent a considerable sum. I was kindly told on purchase by TileWise that any complete packs of unused tiles could be returned for a refund, at a later point. Seemed fair to me. Not so, though. Lots of conditions suddenly 'appeared' when I tried to return 3 boxes of tiles: - Some of the tiles could not be refunded, because they were apparently 'special order' - Those that were in-stock could be returned, but only if they were the in 'same batch' as those already in stock..... - For the returned in-stock tiles, the Manager said there would also be a '25% restocking charge' - I did not have my original invoice. As such asked them to look up my details instead, but the Manager said they 'don't have a computer.' (This is 2019......).I then offered to show the purchase on my bank statement, but that was not good enough either. So, I left without returning any tiles, and feeling thoroughly ripped off!! Beware.

Tilewise are great, always helpful and happy to advise. They've got a good showroom with plenty of samples. Easy to access and plenty of parking. If you're doing some tying, give them a try!
