Terrible, terrible service. Would not recommend. Unresponsive, uncommunicative. Ordered samples through their StudioTile site on the 23rd of May and over a month later(26th of June) have not received tiles. Have had no communication from the company regarding when we will receive them and have to go directly to their chat function to request updates. The past three times I have done this they have told me that my tiles are 'processed and will be dispatched'. It has been a week since they last told me this lie and still no tiles hence I am leaving this review. Will be shopping with one of their competitors
