It's unusual to come across a business who has nailed customer service. They have done it here, tremendously helpful and after visits to other tile shops this is the best tile shop in Norwich.

Knowledgable, friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. Highly recommend Tile & Stone - Steve puts himself out for people, a refreshing change in this day and age!!
Guess covid-19 has got the better of them not open several days, pity usually nice guys and well stocked, good prices, shame we had to buy 6750.00 worth on the Internet, I like to buy locally. Hope you are all well soon
