Wanted advice on tiling dining room floor. Phoned up, Adam replied, and really couldn't do enough for us, apart from doing the tiling himself! Really informative, helpful, and friendly, as was his colleague Michael. Would definitely recommend, and would definitely shop there again...

I bought some tiles from the tile giant from the Leeds branch, he miscalculated the amount of tiles needed, so I had to purchase some more. I can understand that COVID-19 would have affected their delivery & stock supplies. Despite reserving the tiles, the staff at the branch sold them anyway, meaning that the tiles were out of stock once again. It was out of stock on the website for months, delaying the finish of my bathroom for months!! Until I decided to ring the Blackburn branch & spoke to Adam, nothing was too much trouble. He rang the other neighbouring branches to locate any available stock on the tiles that I wanted & rang me straight back to discuss the purchase & what options I had due to COVID-19 guidelines. I can't thank Adam enough for his help, now I can finally finish my bathroom & move into my house. Just want to say, a little help goes along way, thank you so much Adam for your help!
