Its our first time to visit Tile Giant in Peterborough and we are very happy with the great services we received from the staffs of Tile Giant especially to Barnaby. We are also very thankful to the hardworking lady who was working with Barnaby during that time. They were both very friendly, very polite , very helpful and very knowledgeable. Big Thanks to Barnaby who helped us decide what materials to buy and what we needed for our project. He shared with us his vast knowledge about their products. Best of all,Barnaby even helped me carry 44 backing boards into the car. Great service from Barnaby. We really appreciated his kindness and all the help. Barnaby is an asset to the company. Very good service- the chap behind the counter knew his stuff and loaded our floor tiles - very helpful. A real nice range of tiles - we bought floor tiles this time but will be back again for kitchen tiles. A good range from 10 a metre.

Excellent. Very helpful staff who listened to our needs and discussed our options with us. Excellent advice on cement boards, and maintenance of as our design incorporates stone elements too.. Tiles are beautiful , and came well packaged and protected virtually none showed any signs off chipping. If I could award more than 5 stars I would.
