I was recommended to shop at Tiles Giant Christchurch by a local builder. There was a v good range of tiles at various prices. I found the store staff exceptionally helpful & friendly when ordering and they arranged a prompt delivery. They were equally helpful & personable when returning excess products. My mother's wet room looks stunning with the choice of tiles (in the lower price bracket)too. Good products, Great customer service.

Just a quick review to say what a wonderful team lee has got in store . Him and the team are Very helpful and sort out any issues if you have any. Been using tile giant for all my tiling needs great value and customer service. Great manager / great team and great store !
I’ve been using ..( Tile giant ) ..in Christchurch for all my products for over 16years and I have no reason to use another outlet. I send all my customers to that store and all I hear is positive feedback from them .Whats great about tile giant Is the knowledge there sales team have about there products and the time they give each customer to help them find the right tiles etc ..All in all ... A great bunch really !!!.
Josh at the Christchurch branch is an absolute credit to the store. He is so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Every dealing I've had has been a pleasure. From offering advice to arranging collection and guiding me through the tiling process. Highly recommend tile Giant and Josh.
Highly recommended. New manager and staff were very friendly with amazing customer service. Store nice and clean. Great selection of tiles to choose from. Easy parking with the little one. Thanks for your help and patience.
