Ordered an item on Nov 25. It was in stock and with an expected delivery by Dec 1. No response to any emails I sent to support. I called them on Dec 8, and they told me the item had only been delivered to their store that morning, and it would be shipping soon, new estimated delivery was by Dec 11. Today is Dec 16 and I still have not received anything. This is the second time I ordered with them, and the previous time they cancelled the order unilaterally from their end, citing a stock error and offering me a refund. It took weeks for the refund (of over 1000 euros) to be processed and the money to return on my account. Would only recommend this shop to my enemies. Edit 17/12: See that response below? That's what everyone gets. Don't bother emailing to that adress. No one is answering those emails. I've left a review on another site a week ago and got the exact same copy-paste. I emailed them with all the details. I have yet to hear from them, either about that email or the one I sent on December 4.

They advertise items as \in stock\ with low prices and they stall customer for weeks to process the order, once they understand that they can not supply the product for the advertised price then they just say that item is not available at all. They at least return the money back in a week or so. Just do not bother with this company! Try elsewhere!

Worst IT company. I ordered a product which, according to the site, they had 30 pieces in stock and they could send me immediately. I placed an order and the next day it turned out that the items are not in stock and they had no idea when it would be available. This is not the first time I try to order from them and every time I had problems. I do not advise anyone to do business with this guys.

Extremely slow and no transparency on delivery date. I ordered a Deepfreeze on February 4th. It stated on the purchase page that orders take an average of 5 to 7 days. After my purchase, I received all the confirmation emails that my payment has been received. However, from that moment... radio-silence. I emailed to follow up, but did not receive a response. I called 2 weeks later (on February 18th), to follow up, and the sales agent told me it might take another week for the delivery, he could not be 100% sure. I phoned again yesterday (February 23rd), and got the same message. Its now 3 weeks after I paid and ordered, and still no Deepfreeze in my house, and no transparency on when it will arrive. I don't believe I will use Max ICT again.

I made my order on 15/10-5 items for over 3.000 in total. Making an order was mentioned up to 7 days-max. After one week one item has arrived. I made few phone calls and they have been promising next delivery because the items have arrived to the stock. Today is 4/11 and i have nothing yet. The company is not serious and treat the clients with no respect. Cannot recommend!!!!!
