Not enough assistants. U must wait a very long time on the line until you get the one and only assistant then you must wait again while she attends to people standing in front of her.
I am thinking that it has a good service, and the appointments are quickly. Doctors are very professional :)
Please DO NOT even bother to enter it. It is certainly THE WORST practice I have ever been to. The service is horrible, the workers are extremely rude, unhelpful and disrespectful. I have been 5 times all of them in which I just walked out extremely shocked of how badly I had been treated. Moreover, they make you wait and when you finally get them to assist you, they tell you to come another day to make an appointment. Interestingly enough, you cannot make appointments beforehand, which still makes me wonder how it works, as every time that I asked them they just shrugged their shoulders and said \that's how we do it\. In addition, they are extremely disorganized, I do not about other people, but I cannot trust a doctor if the practice is not organized. The doctor is anything but helpful. As an international student that has a European insurance, I had to pay 30 euros every time I entered his office, this is, although ridiculous, customary. What I do not find customary--and rightly so--is the lack of interest the doctor had on his patients and how useless he was, just as an example to illustrate my harsh claim, he was looking at my symptoms on google and on the internet. Completely absurd and insane. After an intense internet research, he just says that he cannot do anything and will send you back home. It appears unbelievable that they are still on business. I have been in doctor practices in many countries and have never been so disappointed and so badly treated. If you want to register to a doctor practice, find another one. DO NOT even bother to enter. I really hope they will change their ways in the future, for this is inadmissible.
Bad appointment system which only accept phone call appointments. Stupid customer service who didn't reply email the second time.
