Customer service is top notch. Had an initially botched order during delivery, but the folks at Dunkin' were super kind to replace it. I would definitely recommend availing their services again. Iced drinks were, as usual, delicious.
Come to dunkin if you want your day to be better ️
Everytime it's a disappointing experience. Bought two times here, but it's not as good as you think from the looks of the donuts. Too bad :/

Not a very nice place to hang out. Just buy your donut or ice cream and go. Sitting place is not very clean, messy and the cleaning boy is always talking on his phone, really weird! This is what happen to an establishment without a manager on duty, it's like a joke!
Delicious waffles, but does having only two employees to run an entire store (including taking orders, cleaning up and preparing food) sound like good idea?
