Confie is totally a honest company and I went through their training . To be honest I learned a lot . But at the same time they loose a lot of personal because of the matrix that one has to fulfill . I also would like to bring to light that not all people learn the same way .... with that being said I had the time of my life in that place and like I told My proctor I will be back ...with the pandemonium I really do not wish to put my self at risk..I recently went back to get in on the sales team .and I noticed the lady from the interview was truly well spoken and educated ,witch I have to admit distracted me from the typing test .and to tell the truth I did not want to go in any building at least till this Corona has a vaccine . To tell you the truth I was amazed of the caliber of workers they attain . I read some of the reviews and I have to say that the place rocks at full steam so if you could not make the bonuses it was not the place it was you,that did not make the team .I wish all of Confies staff and workers the best and I hope to make it back for the posada again .........

Really Simple

Great company just know pay attention what your signing your schedule and the base pay before any bonuses.Customer Care is 277 a day for 6 days.There bonuses but have a lot of tricks to get them.You basically are relying on bonuses to make a living..I wouldn’t tell you to. Come here any call center check the base pay first before the bonuses.Base Pay 1,662 before taxes.

They had a campaign name 2-step. Commisions was a plus but they changed the system , add Q.A and mandatory 130 transfers a week. Chances are you are gonna get your basepay. This is the classic story companies making it hard for you to get any commissions with metrics that are designed to make sure you dont get anything at all.if you are looking for a basepay job confie is the place

I don't personally work there but from the experiences from the past they have a very good structure of taking care of their employees they have the caja de ahoro, they have aguinaldo they have all kinds of benefits, that benefit you and they report everything to the government so that helps you a lot if you're trying to get a house so its a go to call center if you're serious about working in a call center & building a career hopefully one day I get to work there and take advantage of their benefits since I was a lot younger when I worked there and I took it for granted and you know what they say once it's gone you don't know what you had until it's gone so to the new people that are coming to TJ's this call center is very good so don't take it for granted cuz there is no other call center that would take care of you like confíe.
