Do not buy from here. This is the worst level of customer service, installation and aftercare I have ever received and I’ve completed lots of projects. They do not install themselves and you are at the mercy of their subcontractor network. My experience is that the subcontractor also uses subcontractors, and so nobody give a dam about the quality of work. They have been back to my build 4 times so far and still not managed to make the building water tight. Don’t expect a timely response from customer service either. They say they are very sorry but do nothing about getting the work done. If you are planning using your building for work I can’t stress enough how big a risk using this company is to your success. It’s a real shame because they have nice designs and decent quality materials.

What a terrible company!! Do NOT buy from these cowboys. I wish I had read the reviews before I bought from them. Website promises lots but the company fails to deliver. From delivery to installation (10 days promise on their site) took 6 weeks. Then not enough felt so following lots of emails (ignored) and phone calls 7 weeks later it came and the installer returned. Wrong felt! Cheaper inferior, different coloured felt . I originally ordered this shed in June 2020, February 2021 I still do not have what I paid for. Appalling customer service and would never recommend!! Save your money and any problems and buy somewhere else.
Under no circumstances would I advise a shed purchase from this company. We ordered a shed installation in April. After the delivery drop, the installer arrived to construct the shed and informed us that they had delivered parts from 2 different sheds so it could not be installed. Despite continuous calls and emails, Tiger Sheds fobbed us off. The installer was responsive and clarified that he had sent them pics and information and nothing more he could do. By August we still had wood simply sat on our driveway and obviously Tiger Sheds had taken full payment for shed and installation. We therefore paid a couple of builders who were working on our property to spend a day cutting up the pieces so they could be stuck together as some kind of shed. In October I finally received a call from Tiger Sheds who asked me to send through pics. I did so and they told me over the phone \good job\ and said they would come back to me. They never did and so I complained again and their latest response is \what is your issue?\ I am now in a position where I paid 100 for installation that never happened, 250 for someone to adapt the two bits of shed they did send me, and 800 for a shed that we have no idea how long it will last. I will now be issuing a County Court Claim against Tiger Sheds to recover my cash. Anyone who purchases from Tiger Sheds is asking for trouble.
Great Price, really nice quality and given the Covid circumstances, great delivery. The only criticism I have, was it was difficult to contact the company via Phone or Web site (accepting some may be working from home etc) otherwise really good experience would definitely use again.
