Delicious açaí bowls! I haven’t tried anything else from their menu, but their ingredients are obviously fresh- the fruit that topped our bowls had amazing flavor. Love the Bridgeport location, but the customer service leaves a bit to be desired. The other locations have friendlier staff in our experience, but that won’t stop us from eating here again!

The bowls are definitely good here. The fruit beverage was “O.K.” Didn’t really taste as the menu describes, more of just an indeterminate fruit taste. I do agree with other reviews that the biggest challenge here are the wait times. Friendly staff but can probably just use more hands behind the counter. I’ll just stick with the bowls....when I’m in no hurry.
I like to begin this review by mentioning that I was born and raised in Hawaii. There is an abundance of acai bowl joints back on the island. I'm not a connoisseur but I've been around the block with my fair share of acai bowls. Compared to other acai bowl joints, Bowl & Berry really stands out for several reasons: 1) the ingredients are fresh and noticeably so 2) the customer service is always on point 3) one of the owners is very involved and would talk to the customers about their experiences. I have tried many different items on their menu and I am never disappointed. So, if you like to eat healthy without sacrificing flavor accompanied with excellent customer service, then you should check out Bowl & Berry.
Awesome fruit bowls. If you are on a budget, you can get single serving a of fruit as well like a banana or cup of blueberries. Great place for a healthy snack as you are walking around Bridgeport Village.
The product itself is great. Delicious ingredients- healthy, vibrant and usually easy to grab on the go. I’ve gone to this Bridgeport location many times. My only disappointment has been the staffing as employees often appear very dissatisfied/unfriendly. Similar to another review, I’ve gone to this location to find it closed ahead of the scheduled closing hours.
I had just finished shopping at Petco and thought about grabbing some coffee at a coffee shop just to find out that The Bowl Berry had moved in. I mentioned something about it and they said hey, we have coffee too.. Mind you it was basic coffee but dam it was fresh and good. I decided to grab one of their granola and berry smoothie concoctions for my girlfriend and she loved it. Great service, even the newbie employees still training did a great job taking the order and making it. I was happy, my girlfriend was happy so it was over all a 5 star experience. I wish them success , we need more healthy places like them around.

We were visiting from out of town, and I was craving an Acai bowl. We found this place online, and it was DELICIOUS! Highly recommend!
