Does it get much better than this? Victor was in and out within 10 mins. Literally. Internet speeds of 700mb up and down when plugged in via Ethernet. Now I need to buy a new router bc that's the bottleneck!

Our internet mast was damaged in a violent storm. John and George came out in a timely manner, installed the new mast and also chased a wiring issue that would have caused problems. They did a great job, were professional and thorough. Recommend!
Have had this company for 8 years, they were adequate considering we had no other option at the time, however, their service is terrible. Today is Wednesday and we had a storm on Friday which apparently took our service down. It has been 5 days waiting on them to come out, we decided to change providers and went to Dish Network. They came out in a day and set our service up, we are still waiting on TierOne to come and pick up their junk. However, we found out you have to pay an additional 30 days, because we found out they require a 30-day notice, which was not in our contract in 2008.
Our service went out with the last big storm which is okay. But when you call the next day and cant get through and then you try again the second day and leave a message and then.... you go all weekend with no call back and then five days later you send a email and no response until seven days when you just happen to get through.. Once we were able to get through we were promised someone would call to set up a time for them to come fix the issue, never got that call.. Had to call them again and finally got someone to set it up. They came and switched out the radio on the roof.. NINE days without service and they \agreed\ to give us a 8.44 refund.. Really... And this is not our first go round with them, as soon as another provider is available we will be switching.
Only works 25% of the time, takes over an hour to speak to support who will tell you the issues on your end. When you tell them it's not on your end they say they know more than you because they worked at game stop before, don't mind the fact my husband has a BA in computer science and knows what he is talking about. We pay 75 a month for the \gamers package\ you can't even watch Netflix when it's working because it's to slow. So for the third time in one week is out again. Two days in one week its worked. If you email support they never email you back. Never. Use.Them.
