I had an amazing experience with TidyChoice. I booked Vanya for my property in London and she is just great. She is always on time and the flat shines after each visit. I would highly recommend TidyChoice for domestic cleaning!

I’ve been using TidyChoice since November. The first cleaner I booked was great however she had a family emergency and had to go back to her home country. TidyChoice was very helpful and provided different options for a replacement. My new cleaner is one of the best I have ever had. She's a very nice person, always on time and works very hard. Having tried different home cleaning services in London, I think that TidyChoice is easily the best one.
I dumped Tidy Choice months ago in result of a lousy clean (for which I over-paid and never received a refund). I do NOT recommend this company. (Having received an email from TC this morning requesting a review, I have willingly obliged! This is a hazard of sending stock emails blindly, TC, as I believe you can see).
I tried using cleaners from traditional agencies and the experiences were a bit hit and miss, with TidyChoice I've had one awesome cleaner for over a year and now another and she's great just as great. The cleaners are vetted, and the online process makes it so much easier to deal with and more secure as payments are handled through my account.
