Been there today! 16/1/21.. For a lovely walk with my mum. I've been a few times myself ...I think it's a wonderful place! Great place for fishing!! as it has two ponds! Nice walking areas n horse riding area and cycling areas! My mum liked it because she had been there for the first time ever! Overall it's a lovely place for all families and friends and other people who enjoy small country parks. Ps plenty of picnic tables also. Pps it's a great place to connect with other footpaths!! Come out of the tibshelf ponds turn left ️ on the footpath n go towards huthwaite ......if you turn right ️ u go towards the big country park ️ at the end of the footpath. But if you come out of tibshelf ponds...go straight across the path....go through a farmers field n through a public footpath it takes u to newton! N if you know the area it comes out on the bottom of newtonwood lane!
Nice venue friendly bailiff and local angler's. Good value for money also.
