I bought a new Aero Horsehide Leather jacket from Wade that ended up being really uncomfortable. When I tried to return it the next day, I was told returns were against store policy. The jacket cost over 1,200. I find that store policy to be unethical and unfair. The jacket was in perfect condition.
These people are awesome. I purchased a 2-tone Aero J-100, and it's amazing. Previously, I have purchased an Aero J-104, and Board Racer. I went from thinking I was a size 44, to a Thurston Bros sz 40-42! Fit is everything, and the details they bring to the Aero jackets are what make them the best. I won't purchase through anyone else again.
This is THE place to go for high quality Aero and Thedi leather jackets (among others). I've purchased 6 Aero and 1 Thedi jacket from them so far and couldn't be happier. I'm currently waiting on one to be made and delivered and tentatively planning yet another (yes, I have a problem lol). Carrie and Wades in-depth knowledge of the fit of the different styles they offer and custom options available are second to none. The fit jacket process for online orders is simply the best in the world. They send you a jacket, you send them pictures of you wearing it and they make sure your custom jacket fits perfectly whether you need a different size or just altering the length of the body or sleeve... note: you obviously pay for return shipping but in the end it takes all the guess work and risk out of distance ordering. I've had 1 custom order and 1 "featured stock" sizing misfire and they happily took both jackets back and had them remade no fuss.....what more could you ask for? The store is more motorcycle-centric than a typical fashion store and they generally do like their jackets to fit snug as is appropriate for protective motorcycle wear but if you prefer a more relaxed fit, just tell them and they are happy to advise on sizing for that....I have a few of each type of fit.
