I had a great time watching Lindsay in her jewellery workshop and learning how to make stack rings and how to set a lovely glass stone (Lindsay supplied all the materials). The workshops were great and to walk away with actual tangible pieces of jewellery completely exceeded my expectations. I really enjoyed it! I’ve done a couple of workshops with Lindsay now, but I still want to go back to do more . It’s also inspired me to start making things from home, I’m so thankful for Lindsay being so patient and friendly, I really enjoyed myself and will definitely be back in the near future. Until you try to make something yourself you don’t realise the experience and level of skill it takes for Lindsay to produce such perfect jewellery pieces from difficult materials like Caithness slate, is just amazing. Your drawings are amazing too Lindsay, you are so talented! I’ve recently been to the shop to get Xmas pressies and I wasn’t disappointed! There are so many lovely things in the shop, I could look round it all day. I love how so much of the items in the shop are made by local artisans, it makes each purchase that bit more special.

Lindsey made a STUNNING job of my wedding ring which is an open - weave, gold Celtic design. Due to alterations some years ago there has always been a smooth part on it where it was cut and caused the intricate pattern to be lost . Lindsey repaired it and I honestly cannot tell where the \smooth\ part was - AMAZING job ️!!!! Only regret I have about it is not taking it to Lindsey a lot sooner! I cannot recommend this fantastic jeweller highly enough.... 5 Stars is simply not enough!! THANK YOU SO MUCH ️!

We contacted Lindsey to commission wedding bands as we wanted something that not only tied to the north but also had meaning to us. Lindsey was helpful right from the start in helping us decide on the design and ways to tie them into Caithness. My partner and I had quite different ideas of how we wanted the rings to look and Lindsey was still able to produce two pieces that not only show our individualpersonalities but also our partnership and commitment to each other. We especially like that she was able to make the rings from the same piece of silver and add little touches to each ring to bind them together. The service Lindsey provided was excellent and cannot be faulted. She made sure we were happy at every stage of the design and creation process; sent us the rings to try on and check we were happy; made adjustments and finished the rings in a very timely manner. The fee was also very (very) reasonable and great value, especially considering we now have two beautiful custom made rings. Also of note was the nice artistic cards that accompanied the rings (both for fitting and the final pieces) which were just a really nice touch. We are so happy with the rings and look forward to wearing them for the rest of our lives. Lindsey provides a friendly and excellent value-for-money service. We will definitely recommend her to family, friends and anyone looking for bespoke custom made jewellery with a distinct link to Caithness and Scotland. Thanks Lindsey!!
