I love Thumbs Up Diner. I come to Atlanta pretty often and this has definitely been my go to place on my last couple trips. Their fried catfish is divine. I highly recommend it. Also their blueberry jelly is amazing with a biscuit. Just make sure that you have cash because they don’t accept cards but they do have an ATM in the the restaurant.

Delicious meal. Friendly server. Right price. Free parking. Safe CDC guidelines for dining in. Not crowded. Clean bathroom! No hysteria at all. What’s not to love?!
This restaurant never ceases to amaze me! The food is delicious, cooked to perfection, it's definitely authentic southern cooking. I highly recommend this location to anyone visiting the Atlanta area. You will not be disappointed. It is a breakfast restaurant but they serve lunch and dinner as well, and the prices are extremely affordable!
This breakfast/ brunch spot never disappoints! Food is always scrumptious: fresh and hot! Servers are friendly and efficient. Very relaxed atmosphere. However: cash only...lol... they do have an ATM in the rear!
Loyal patron for years. This location is so worth the hike. Food is always on point, staff is always friendly and professional. Entire space is always clean (love the open kitchen)!!! Fave waitress is Kav. Thanks for staying in business!!!
