Have used Thrifty Derby a number of times and they've been most helpful, even when I mistakenly entered an incorrect drop off location, they were able to help with minimal fuss. Competitive prices and helpful staff. definitely recommend

Rip off artists. Make sure you record all around the car and the fuel gauge as these scammers will charge you for everything and nothing. Do not trust these people

Brilliant Hired a car for 7 days and was amazed how cheap it was.brand new car and easy process. Mohammed was really helpful and professional. Keep up the good work

Hired a car for work through the derby branch which was supplied out of Chesterfield due to location of delivery and pickup address. When trying to get confirmation everything was ok a day or so before the rental Chesterfield claimed to have no knowledge until i pressed them and then suddenly they knew everything about it. The rental was for a 24hr period however we were charged for 3 days. The drop off and collection were the same place and yet we've been charged for the drop off and collection along with an additional charge of 15 for a one way rental. Simply fabricated costs, maybe they thought it wouldn't be noticed as it was a how for a company. Whilst everything was ok I'd have to advise avoiding this company as their accountancy is magical and completely fictional.
