Fantastic village pub. I recommend this pub to anyone. The interior has character and charm. The staff are warm, welcoming and thoughtful. Food is out of this world and the portion are very, very large and filling. It's just a mile off A259, just outside Hasting. Get there if you can, it is Wonderful.

i think three oaks is a very relaxing and incredible pub. Made to feel really welcome, the meals are big but delicious, very good service and yummy desserts! I would definitely recommend three oaks and would come again!
