We had a large, short notice move to which Rachael and Martin were extremely helpful and responsive. The team turned up on time and were polite and hardworking throughout. The team were extremely quick, resourceful and careful with packing, removal and placement of items...completing the move in 2 days (all other quotes were 3) without any damages. I would thoroughly recommend the Three Counties team to anybody moving home!!

From Day 1 of contacting Three Counties, I was met with a great friendly and positive attitude to my move. Rachael initially was very welcoming when speaking to her, and then she managed to bet Martin to me for a survey at great speed. The quote and information on the quote was very good and informative. Then a few days before the move, I heard again from Rachael to give me details of the move day. The plan was for the guys to come and pack up for me on day 1 and then move me on Day 2. However, with me having already received the keys to my new house, they packed everything and then moved over half of my stuff on day 1 and then finished off on Day 2. This worked out great for me as it meant I had more time in the new place on Day 2 to get to unpacking and sorting my new place out. All in all, a great move experience!
Always friendly and helpful on each of several phone calls. On move day, they turned up early, worked hard all day and were respectful of the properties and the various items being moved in and out. When it became clear that some large items wouldn't fit into the new house, they willingly drove them to a storage unit we'd rented. So pleased with them and will be using them again when we move next year.
A family-run, but extremely professional business. After speaking to Anyvan a couple of times and getting vague responses about costs and numbers of boxes required, I decided to find a local company. They were friendly, clear, responsive and put us at ease with a video call to view our old place and make sure they sent the right team and vehicles for the move. The quote was good value, and on the day they were there on time and made the day as stress-free as possible. Highly recommended!
We moved house on 10th December 2020 with Martin and his team from Three Counties Moves. Martin managed to navigate the narrow roads and narrow entrance to our new house with his special rear steering artic-lorry, when the locals had told us such a truck would never get through. It’s difficult to describe how relieved and delighted we were when the artic lorry arrived and managed to reverse up the drive. Just brilliant. We have nothing but praise and admiration for how hard all the team worked. Nothing lost, nothing broken. They worked none stop from start to finish and every obstacle put their way was overcome with a smile and a laugh. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys. Alun
