They have constantly threatened my wife for 25 when it’s was their mistake. Would not recommend can’t speak to anyone in the uk. I’m going to take legal action if the threats continue. Her and my son have an account each so my wife upgraded hers but didn’t want to change the number. When new sim come out they had changed to number. Canceled this immediately and told to pay 2 something and that would be the end after receiving a letter for 12 or debt collectors would be round. Rang another three times and still no resolved just the amount is now 25. Extremely stressful for the wife and we have now sent recorded letters to this address and the complaints address in Glasgow. Enough is enough. Next stop Martin Lewis , Facebook , media and then office of fair trading and Ofcom.

They are a really bad company who have provided me with faulty goods and have expected me to pay for them nevertheless. They are not interested in their customers, just take the money and run. Please stay away from three as they are REALLY bad, I would not even give them one star if I could help it. They will rip you off and then urge you to contact their outsourced customer service in India where you will be left hanging like a clown, sent from pillar to post and put the phone down on. I've wasted time and money trying to sort things out but three is really the pits, they JUST want your money.

I would have given 0 stars, but that's not possible. So disappointed in Three, where I have been a customer for over 17 years, but not much longer. I have a monthly contract with 3 but in the last three months my bill has been higher than the contract price because of 'premium texts' that I have neither sent or received. 3 have taken my money by DD, it has gone into their bank account and it is happening to thousands of customers. Just go onto the Internet and search '66299 scam' and you will see page after page dedicated to this scam that 3 say they can do nothing about. Remember, mine and thousands of others have had money taken by 3, by DD, it has gone into 3's bank account yet they say it is nothing to do with them. To me that just seems ridiculous. They won't refund my money. When I went into my local shop to discuss this, the Assistant Manager just laughed and told me to 'cancel it then!' Never again will I recommend Three and to anyone reading this I would be very careful if signing up with them, you have no idea how much you will be charged, just read what has happened to some people with this scam. Sadly, loyalty is no longer recognised by big business and customer service has ceased to exist unless it's when they are taking money off you, rather than helping you. 3 laughably told me by 'chat' how to get my money back from criminals, sadly I have lost cash which has gone to 3, by DD, from my bank to theirs, no other transaction took place, except of course when somehow 3 transferred it to the scammers, for that must have happened, mustn't it? The little man has no chance against big business and sadly 3 have let me down. Please be warned people.

This company let's a companys called oxygen 8 set traps for you if you have a mobile phone. What happens is when your reading a browser will pop up you try and close it and it subscribe s you to a premium service I found over 80 quid on my bill In less than a year. When you complain to 3 via the Indian answering service they won't re credit the money. Thats a surprise and they can't block the company either. That's because they have a deal with them and will be making money from it. Anyone that's had this scam refuse to pay three or sue them in the small claims court that's my advice
