I received Ted back today and I'm absolutely delighted. He is perfect and I can't stop looking at him and cuddling him! The service from Kate was second to none, very competitively priced and I was kept informed of progress. If you are thinking about getting a cherished Teddy repaired then look no further they will be in safe hands.

Rupert was repaired by Kate late last year. Throughout her communication was great. Advising exactly the cost, time taken, when she started and when finished. She’s very talented and I would thoroughly recommend her work. Both I and Jasmine, my daughter were very pleased. Rupert is a 1920’s much loved bear. His eyes had gone, his pads were falling apart, ears coming off and he was badly repaired all over. He was looking very sad. This is what we thought when we got him back!: He looks wonderful, you have done an amazing job. His pads are like new and the stitching is exquisite. He’s the same but has been on a magical trip! We were both smiling as we unpacked him and gave him a cuddle. . And then the icing on the cake, his growler, he sounds wonderful, even when I first remember him that was a squeak. He has both his looks and his voice back and even smells good! Thank you so much, you are very talented and it’s an excellent restoration X
Kate is amazing! She fixed up and pampered an old bear and brought him back to life. I couldn’t recommend Kate highly enough, she even kept us updated on the whole process. The only place to go if you need a loved one repaired or just a bit of a refresh.
Kate did an incredible job of repairing a toy that is over 23 years old and she made him look brand new! It had some holes and the eyes were completely faded but the re-stuffing, stitching and painting looks so detailed and exactly what I was hoping for so I would recommend Kate's services.
