We are completely satisfied by the service received at Mercedes-Benz of Thousand Oaks on February 22, 2021. The services we requested were replacing the right front tire due to puncture in Tread. We also had four wheel alignment performed. Daniel Bliley, our service advisor was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. The process was super smooth and quick. The place was functioning very well in the mid of Covid and the staff there were super helpful. This is a definite 5 Star experience and we will be happy to go back for future services.

I'm extremely happy I found the Thousand Oaks (TO) dealership. The service department staff are amazing on all levels. I drive past a Mercedes dealership on my way to TO and there's a reason for that. I appreciate the professionalism of all the staff at the dealership, especially the service department staff. Please extend my personal thanks to all of the service representatives at Mercedes Benz of TO.
Very pleased with the buying experience here. We went in early expecting to spend the entire day if we found something we liked, I think we left by 1pm with a new vehicle. The price offered was better than we'd expected. They had very good inventory. Hubert was very helpful. All things the way it should be.
