Simple to say, if they can help they will. A lot of useful services are provided, watch batteries, shoe repairs and extras, key cutting, alterations, it's always worth asking about any service you may need.
We've had really good experiences with this shoe repair shop. We had a tricky problem with a hook on some boots and they lady ordered in the part from China and fixed it all for 3! Great value, great service and a great local business to support.
