Wouldn't consider using any other Post Office. Always busy but there is a good reason why. Their customer service is top class. They always go that extra mile to get the information you need and find the most value for money way to post your parcel.

Poor, slow service, very rude. I wrote down an address with a pen left on the counter. The server charged for the pen, which I politely questioned - I was shouted at by both servers, paid for the pen and quickly left. Won't be using this branch in future. * Edit, I understand about the emergency situation- as a key worker myself. As I tried to be efficient and clear as possible to prevent unnecessary stress. ** Edit #2 I informed the cashier of the envelope, as you will see in your CCTV footage of me pointing it out. *** Edit #3 the pen was taken from a counter, already opened and previously used, not the retail shelf- and was used to write roughly 6 words.
The family who run this business is a credit to both Royal Mail and the local community They work exceptionally long hours to ensure they deliver the highest level of Customer Service to everyone On top of that they are lovely people who are respected by all their loyal customers
We both had our passport photos the post master was very helpful and help us get both Laurian and I photos were brilliant now we can get new passport and plastic driving license. Our post gets done and delivered. The gent and his wife always go that extra mile. Now I need to know if the post office is open in the morning on Tuesday 31st March so we can get money for food.
