Huw was excellent. Professional, clean - wore gloves, a mask, foot covers and left the bathroom very tidy. He came for what we thought was a small issue, but he clearly explained that the pipes needing amending and toilet fixing. He was clear, worked really hard and was pleasant. Clearly explained costs and was very good value. We will continue to use him, were really delighted, and highly recommend him.

I had the boiler serviced and a radiator replaced. Both jobs carried out professionally. Turned up on time, sensitive to COVID risks by wearing masks etc. Cleaned everything away. Very happy customer.
Had a leak from the toilet which was stopped and then also found that the fill valve was breaking, from giving him a text he called me within 5 minutes to say he was on his way and booked to come back the next morning to fix a brand new top of the range fill valve. Amazing service always explaining what is wrong in detail and giving us advice for future.
