A gem of a farm shop and cafe. We are staying close by and went for some groceries and were impressed with the selection of food and drink on offer. Went back the next morning to try the breakfast, a good move! Lovely cooked breakfast and coffee. Some local craft gifts and cards at reasonable prices too. Covid safe and helpful staff. Recommended.

Great strawberry picking experience at the end of June. My 3 y.o. son absolutely loved it. I would definitely recommend Thorne's Farm and we will definitely return here.
I visited the farm shop last year before Covid and found an excellent selection of fresh food and gluten free options. Sadly one member of staff a middle aged lady stalked me round the shop, making sure she was in the same aisle as me. When I realised I back tracked a couple of aisles and so did she! I'm a shopkeeper's daughter and have never stolen a thing in my life, I've even returned to Tesco after discovering an item had been missed off the till so I could pay for it. I paid for my goods and left, vowing never to return. It's never happened to me before so I can only assume its shop policy. If so I suggest you install cameras, being followed round was really upsetting.
