Has always been fabulous wee restaurant but new owners are absolutely amazing. So attentive and bringing in lots of new items to get with the times, massive variety of slushies, loads of different desserts etc

Staff are friendly but the food is nothing special. Went in for breakfast. Food is cooked in large batches and kept warm behind a counter where you select what items you want. Would much rather eat something that is cooked to order.
AVOID. Poor Service and Overpriced. Unfortunately this restaurant is not meeting current COVID19 guidelines; Staff were not wearing masks, they were standing in huddles and wearing unwashed white cotton gloves which are covered in all sorts of food and dirt whilst serving. When giving me a teaspoon, the staff member looked at it and then wiped it on her leg before setting it into my cup. The said staff member also thought that a desert spoon was the appropriate spoon for me to enjoy my soup with. I had to ask twice for a proper soup spoon and the one that arrived was far from desirable. Food was average and extremely overpriced for the quality. The choice is limited and as far as I can see the menu hasn't changed since I first came about 14 years ago. This will be the last.
Lovely fresh cooked food we always have breakfast 4 or 6 piece for 2 with tea and change out of 10 what more could u want . Scones lunches tray bakes and lovely friendly staff . Deff worth a try . X
