I had a fantastic experience with Phil. I came from Glasgow to purchase my van. I have no mechanical experience and I felt safe to make the purchase. Excellent. Have used them many times. Very accommodating and able to collect and drop off at the weekend, even on Sundays, unlike almost every other van hire place in the Bristol area.
Online booking is easy. The non contact collection directions have very much improved and make it simple to collect and return.
Great service from Phil who jumped on a quick weekend turnaround for us. Smooth process re. Contactless pick up. Would definitely use again.
We hired a box van for our daughters move on the 3rd October the weather was terrible that weekend. the van we were given the roof was in a poor state with a large crack in, which we only found out when we were unloading everything and found a lot of our belongings got wet including my grandsons bed mattress. I phoned and passed this message onto the mobile number that was given and my son in law told them on return. We have sent emails expressing our dissatisfaction and still heard nothing! Very poor customer service Your response to this is poor he did tell you about the leak to which you said oh we don’t find out about leaks until the weather is bad and brushed it off! As for swapping at the time we didn’t know the van had a leak until things were wet otherwise would have said! And I left a message on your mile phone given later in the day asking for someone to ring and got no response! Just got the money and that’s it now! You couldn’t even answer the emails.
