Great place. Staff is always helpful and the energy is great. Mary and Helen are always so informative. I was there Saturday 2/20 and it was super busy but there they both were with a smile and just making sure everyone was acknowledged and their questions answered. Strongly Recommend.

Imagine being told to “look not touch” but having no idea what you’re looking at. I used to love this store, and on this particular visit I came looking for a statue of a certain goddess. Well to start; there is zero organization to the statues, and though I have a general idea of what this goddess looks like, I don’t know what she’d look like depicted in statue form. And so I began picking up statues to look at them and try to identify them because their names names are stickered on the BOTTOM. I was then asked not to pick up the statue (rudely may I add) because if “I break it I buy it” because obviously I’m a child who can’t be careful with breakable things. I guess I’m supposed to point at 10-20 statues and take up an hour with one of these store associates trying to identify each statue? Make it make sense. Anyways I’m over this overpriced and difficult store. Mystikal acts like it’s the only metaphysical store in the area. I’ll stick to other supply stores with more fair pricing and less BS rules like Raven’s Moon. Girl bye.
