Took our Mercedes in for service & mot, unfortunately the apprentice drained the gearbox oil rather than the engine oil? Had to leave the car over weekend until a Mercedes specialist could fill the gearbox. They did provide a hire car, accidents happen, surprised they let an apprentice lose on a Mercedes though.

My partner went here for a issue she was having with tyre once checked over it was fine but a grinding type of noise was coming from the front she didn’t know what it was after taking it to a garage she was told the locking wheel nut was missing. After contacting yourselves no responsibility was accepted and was told nobody took the tyre off my concerns are would the technician not of noticed the nut missing before if it had been because it’s a new car nobody else had touched it she definitely hadn’t. Absolutely fuming
