It looks like your standard run of the mill diner, but it servers really tasty and well prepared food. Much better than the menu and decor leads you to expect. I'll say that the rather high prices, matches the quality. Size of portions is generous.

The burger I had was very tasty, but the service an absolute no go - the waiter was unfriendly and didn't pay attention for more than an hour, please reconsider your staff.
Excellent dining for great burgers. By tradition my family is back once a year every summer - a day trip just for the burgers. And a walk on the pier. Full marks.
Amazing spareribs. Super soft and easy to cut from the bone. The restaurant is an American diner style venue. Good food for a tourist location.

Short: The food is good, fat and redundant, the staff can carry out their function but that's it, You might experience a long wait Longer version: Expected good food and poor service, as many have described. However, from we order 4 burgers til we were served, only 10 minutes passed. Others in the restaurant weren't so fortunate though, as they waited over an hour. Expect the possibility of a long wait, but with consistently and universally beloved food.
In a quite low profile restaurant we had two very good, large and well prepared steaks. Surprisingly no-one asked how we wanted them cooked, and for wine in glasses we could only get the unspecified house wine. Solid food - with room for a lot of improvement.
