We booked Dave and Sally as a thank you to some friends for letting us share their holiday with them, and what a brilliant surprise it was! We changed our mind several times before the meal about the menu as our party included 3 boys aged 15-21 so pleasing them and 4 adults was challenging! But, they were brilliant coming up with ideas and a final menu that blew us all away. Stunning food, beautiful presentation, friendly and fun people who made our evening special and a night to remember! Thank you so much.

Dave and Sally from Thirst Choice provided us with the bar service for our son's wedding and they provided drinks and a brunch for 70 guests the following morning. We could not have wished for more. All aspects of their service levels were outstanding; staff were attentive, drinks were accessible and especially requested cocktails were researched, perfectly provided and delicious. The same can be said for each and all the \ingredients\ at the brunch. Dave had been been foraging for the most delicious local cheeses and award winning croissants and breads, the ham was fabulous, the presentation was just what we wanted and they both made every effort to accommodate our wish for the meal to be served in an eco-friendly manner. Highly recommended.
Sally provided the bar for our wedding at Ashridge Barn. Sally was very professional, helped with recommendations for pre-dinner drinks, wines and bride and groom cocktails. Sally and her team were very professional and worked tirelessly for the whole day, thank you very much!
Coombe Trenchard regularly uses Thirst Choice for weddings and other events. Sally and her team are professional, and their bar is stylish. Unlike many other bar companies Thirst Choice does not charge inflated prices for their drink at events, but keep their alcohol at or below pub prices.
This outside bar and catering company are first class.
