My company used ThinkHead Design for a new website. They did a fantastic job for less money and faster than we were quoted by some of the bigger agencies in Dumbo. The only small negative I have is that I don't think they have a receptionist so phone calls often went unanswered. We always received a call back within a couple of hours, but if you want to get in contact, email is probably the better choice. More a FYI than a criticism.

I worked with a couple of the guys at ThinkHead Design when I was marketing director at a previous company. I heard on the grapevine that they had set up their own venture, so when my new company was looking for someone to build a website and do some SEO they were the first people I called. We couldn't be happier. The website is fantastic and we regularly get positive comments about it. We are in a fairly competitive niche, so the SEO is slowly moving up. We started at 0 traffic so we knew it would take time. We are trending above what Duncan (their SEO guy) predicted when we signed up and they are totally transparent about the website performance with their detailed monthly reports. It makes a change from the usual spin you get from marketing agencies.
