I had a tooth extracted and a scale and polish yesterday at the Together Dental Surgery in Watton and as I am very nervous of going to the dentist you can imagine I was apprehensive of having the procedure. Well, I needn’t have worried as Mrs Salman was very understanding and explained what she was going to do, which made me feel reassured that I was in safe hands. I must say I felt all the staff were friendly and welcoming. Thank you.

I had a scale and polish with the Nicole yesterday - a hygienist at the practice. So pleased with how my appointment went. Nicole was really, really gentle and I felt no pain at all, despite having extremely sensitive teeth and gums. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be visiting her again! The practice was very clean and everyone closely following COVID-19 guidelines, so I felt safe at all times.
I needed emergency appointment and the staff were sympathetic and helpful. Dentist called me back as promised as was very kind and understanding. I had an appointment half an hour later. Dr Rolls is the most professional and kindest dentist I've seen in the UK. Explained everything with patience and understanding. Excellent practice and amazing staff. Very Covid conscious also and the surgery was exceptionally clean and immaculate.
Thank you to the team at Clarence House for the warm greeting and covid controls in place, Which made me feel safe and put me at ease. The hygienist and nurse were lovely and looked after me well. Clean bill of health and advice offered. Wishing you all a joyous festive period.
I went for a scale and polish today, I was very nervous about it as I hate the dentist usually but I was lucky to have Nicole (the dental hygienist) who was amazing! She reassured me and did an amazing job I didn’t feel a thing. I will be coming again if I ever need to, great service provided today.
