A fantastic job from start to finish. John from their sales team was friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me really good advice to ensure the changes I needed to make didn't block out too much light. Really professional job completed on installation, which included bricking up a few courses. And a great quality window, several people have already complimented me on it. Highly recommend!

Popped in to ask about a quote for a replacement conservatory roof. Was told they'd phone to book a time. Within minutes the guy phoned saying they could pop round within half hour to take a look. I explained we were out, but he said he could only do it then or it would have to wait. With hindsight I felt bullied, but we went home and they duly came round. Two weeks later, still no quote. Phoned and was told they were short staffed but that the guy was looking at it. Received nothing. Chased again the following week - told he still hadn't done it but I'd definitely get something by end of the week. Nothing. Chased again the following week (why did I put myself through it!) even saying if they didn't want the work I'd rather just know. No, no, they definitely did, they just hadn't got around to sending out the quote. Guess what, still nothing. Chased again towards the end of that week and was told I'd definitely receive something the following week. So after the rush to come round, six weeks later no quote. Actually it's been longer now but I gave up chasing. They clearly didn't want the work. Even if they gave me a quote now wouldn't use them as they have demonstrated poor customer service, and are unreliable. Don't bother.
I highly recommend THIS. I could not have been happier with their service - from the helpful and thorough advice I received on my initial enquiry, to the skilful and efficient fitting of the doors I ordered. I was given a detailed quote and a date for delivery. The manager came to the site to measure and to address any questions that arose and several checks were made after the installation to ensure that everything was perfect. The doors were very high quality and the customer service was excellent. Thank you - I am so pleased.
