I recently used this company to pack out our house. I thought things were going well. However, on the second day a few things occurred. I understand England weather. However, they should too. Instead of heading the weather report, they brought out hundreds of boxes to my drive, then it started to rain. It proceeded to rain on all of my stuff for about an hour before they could get it all loaded in the van. Additionally, one of the packers spilled a cup of coffee all down the wall and on the carpet in the master bedroom. Instead of telling me about it so I could clean it, which wouldn't have been a problem, he did attempt to clean it himself by using one of my hand towels. I didn't find this out until well after everyone left because he hid the towel under my bath towel hanging in the bathroom. I found that very disgusting. With that said, it makes me wonder what else this man took or destroyed of mine. Very disappointed.
